Bogdan Constantin Buhuş (born 30 October 1979) is a retired Romanian football defender. He is mostly known for his five-year spell at Vaslui, where he activated as team captain until his departure. Buhuş held the record for most appearances for Vaslui (144), before being surpassed by Mike Temwanjera. == Career == Born in Bârlad, Vaslui, Buhuş began his career with Petrolul Moineşti, when Petrolul were in Divizia B.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Buhus dat afara de la Cluj )〕 He became a regular in the first team, playing 43 matches during his first two years. He lost his place from the squad during the 1999–2000 season, playing only 5 matches. He was one of the best players, in the first season, and he was also one of the 7 players who were confirmed and in the next season. In October 2006, he was named captain by Gheorghe Multescu. At the beginning of 2007/2008 season, there were rumours that he would retire from football, but he said that he would like to fulfill his contract. In the same year, he lost his captaincy for Sorin Frunza and Bogdan Panait, but in the end of the season, he was once again the captain of the team. The season 2008/2009 started with him captain, but because of a conflict with the team coach, Viorel Hizo, the captaincy was taken. When Cristian Dulca was named manager, he was again the captain of the team. Because of a knee injury he missed the entire second part of the 2009-2010 season.
